well the final teams secured their spots for South Africa next summer, while uruguay set the last post with a 2-1 aggregate score over costa rica. the second to last post and for sure the most controversial of them all is france, whos 1-1 tie in extra time put them in with 2-1 aggregate. but the real downside of the match is france's controversial goal. william gallas scored after thierry henry oh so obviously handled the ball right before he passed it. i , for one, am down with fair play and therefore am all for a rematch. i think the irish were robbed and should not be out just yet, especially with a performance like that. the irish just put on the better game and deserved that win, what wouldve happened in ET, without the hand ball, or in penalties, who knows, but we shouldve found out. REMATCH-REMATCH-REMATCH !!!i really hope we dont see shit like this in the WC, that would just put shame to FIFA on who they appoint to call the games.
